Introduction
These Terms of Use apply to the Offline LLM - Pocket AI mobile application (the "Application" or "App") created and provided by AppsMall Technologies ("we", "us", "our", or the "Service Provider").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Application.
License and Permitted Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, lawful use in accordance with these Terms and any applicable Apple App Store terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract the source code of, translate, or create derivative works based on the Application, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of AppsMall Technologies or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Application or any related intellectual property rights to you.
Offline and On-Device Functionality
Offline LLM - Pocket AI is designed for private, on-device use. The Application does not require an account and does not collect, store, sell, share, or transmit your personal data to AppsMall Technologies.
Your prompts, generated text, files, and app activity remain on your device unless you choose to copy, export, share, back up, or otherwise disclose them using iOS features or third-party services outside the Application.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your access to the Application. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as doing so may weaken device security, expose your device to harmful software, and cause the Application to function incorrectly or stop working.
You are also responsible for the content you enter into the Application and for how you use any generated output. You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or violate applicable laws.
Generated Output
The Application may generate text or other responses based on prompts or inputs you provide. Generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You should independently review and verify any output before relying on it.
The Application is not a substitute for professional advice, including legal, medical, financial, safety, or other regulated professional advice.
Internet, Device, and Third-Party Services
Some device functions, App Store services, downloads, updates, backups, sharing features, or third-party services may require an internet connection. Your mobile network provider or internet provider may charge you for data usage, roaming, or other services.
We are not responsible for charges from your mobile provider, internet provider, Apple, or any third-party service. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm that you have permission from the bill payer to use the Application.
Updates and Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any part of it at any time. Operating system requirements may change, and you may need to download updates to continue using the Application.
We do not guarantee that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted, error free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
Fees and Purchases
If the Application or any feature is offered for a fee, any applicable price, subscription, renewal, trial, or purchase terms will be shown to you before you complete the purchase through the Apple App Store or another authorized payment method.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AppsMall Technologies will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Application, your reliance on generated output, device issues, service interruptions, or third-party services.
Termination
We may stop providing the Application or terminate or suspend your access to it at any time where permitted by law. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will end, and you must stop using the Application and delete it from your device if required.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are made, we will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the effective date above. You are advised to review this page regularly for changes.
